Van continued to smile, watching over the replica until it seemed that he feel asleep. Only then, did he turn to leave the room.

Perhaps Sync would have use, perhaps not. If it will be the former, then Van will have one more ally to his cause. It it will be the latter...

Well, he could always just get rid of him.
